I like jogging. I started it around 5 years ago. at that time I was little bit fat and reserved. My friend recomnended jogging to me for healthy. So I started jogging aroud the office with my friend. it was very interestring. I could feel fresh air and plus my body got strong day and day. Also it released my body weight. so I love jogging. Now I jog a small park front of my apartment. It has a jogging track in it. also there are many trees. so I can feel crispy air when I jogging. I usually jog that place every satuarday morning. sometimes i jog with my wife or friend. I really like it. can you join us?
