I'm very excited to see you and to introduce my working plan in Global Exchange Program.
I work as a Software Architect and Engineer in EFFS Solution. EFSS means Enterprise File Sync & Share. We service this solution for 3 years in private Cloud and on-premise.
Nowadays, Our Solution is preparing for Global SaaS Service in Public Cloud.
Therefore, We need to make a new Architecture and develop enviroment for SaaS Service.
You know. Kubernetes is a good solution. Easy to make a environment, deploy, orchestrate, manage for Container.
These things are perfact match with our solution. This is My main propose, make a Solution Architecture for SaaS Service.
I have 4 action plan under this.
First action is "Experience". It is said that developer woking style in Western is totally defferent from korean. As I have heard this hundred of times from my team leader, I have always tried to learn their develop culture, style, and how they collaborate.
However, I found it really diffcult to get the essence because I don't have any real experince in Western working style.
Especially my boss said that "Do work like Opensource committer not a developer". But the problem is, I don't know any difference between them, as I haven't met the opensource committer.
That' s a joke.
This time, I will find out the difference in culture and working style.
Plus, I heard many times, "2 pizza team" in agile pratice and article. But I don't know about actual meaning. 7 or 8 persons made one team. This team probably means more than sharing the pizza.
I will try to learn what it really means, their working style, comminication and collaboration.
Second action is "Innovate". As I meationed before, We need to make a SaaS architecture. The microservice is our base architecture. I will, explain our solution architecture, process, flow and infra.
And checkup our solution architecture and component. After that Innovate architecture.
Finally I will make a architecture for SaaS solution.
Next action is "Expand" personal connections and knowledge. we normally call it networking. Siliconbally is a hub of IT, startup and opensource. Many conference, seminor and meetup hold there.
Whenever I get a chance to attend it, I will make a relationship with Engineer and Expert. And also reseach new Tech and Trends.
Last action is "share". We service many solutions and made up architecture, setup, managing, operating in Secure infra. I will share these knowledge, experience and lessons learned to them. And after this program. I will share these things to my co-worker and friend.
